Warranties

Every vehicle comes with a standard warranty from New Gen Auto. This is a basic warranty with coverage from 30, 60, or 90 days and up to 1,000, 3,000, or 4,000 miles driven. Some covered components are the engine, transmission, starter, alternator, calipers, power steering pump and more. You will receive a copy of all covered and non-covered components at time of pick-up. With this coverage you must bring the vehicle back to New Gen Auto in West Babylon for us to diagnose the issue.

You have the option of purchasing an extended service contract subject to availability. Coverage and price on an extended service contract range based on year, make, model and miles. Plans can start with three months or as high as 60 months. These coverages cover a wide range of components. You can see here on this page. What’s nice about purchasing an extended service contract is the work can be done by any license repair facility. Just confirm the shop accepts these plans.
